Product Description

This kind of 5L Rotary Evaporator is mainly equipped with main machine, vacuum gauge, heating bath, condenser, feeder, sealing ring, etc. It is a new generation of intelligent instruments newly developed on the basis of absorbing international advanced technology. The working principle of this 5L Rotary Evaporator is that under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating, rotating the rotary bottle at a constant speed, the material forms a large area film on the bottle wall, and evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in a collection bottle to greatly increase the evaporation efficiency.

In addition, it is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easily decomposed and degenerated by high temperature. What’s more, it has the advantages of good air tightness, high recovery rate, reasonable design, simple operation and long service life. The 5L Rotary Evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries.
